Whether you’re pulling in an RV, pitching a tent, or booking a tiny home for the weekend, this is basecamp for adventure with a friendly, community feel built in.

From sunrise coffee to evenings around the fire pit, BV Overlook is designed for however you like to travel: glamping, camping, cabins, or full RV hookups. Explore Buena Vista’s rivers, trails, and mountain town charm by day, then come home to a spot with a view you won’t stop noticing.

Adventure Starts at BV Overlook

Rafting, Fourteeners, Fly Fishing & Hot Springs — All Just Minutes Away

Buena Vista is a launchpad for some of Colorado’s best outdoor adventure, and BV Overlook puts you right in the middle of it. Raft the Arkansas River, hike among the Collegiate Peaks’ eight fourteeners, cast a line for fly fishing, or hit the trails for mountain biking and rock climbing. When you’re ready to slow down, soak at Mount Princeton or Cottonwood Hot Springs, both just a short drive away, or spend an afternoon exploring downtown and the Buena Vista Heritage Museum.

Prefer to stay close to home? There’s plenty to do without leaving the property — volleyball, horseshoes, and a free-throw court, hammocking space, a dog park, and yard games. Every Saturday all summer, join us for our ice cream social starting at 4pm— a small tradition that brings guests and neighbors together all season long.
